With a proven track record in both established and startup companies, he excels in exceeding business metrics and fostering high-performing teams. Currently serving as the Director of Lab Operations at Trace Genomics, Brad’s leadership has played a pivotal role in restarting the Solum Lab business and assuming responsibility for SureTech Labs. His extensive background at Danfoss Power Solutions showcases his ability to manage profit and loss for multiple product lines, achieve substantial cost reductions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Brad holds an MBA from the University of Iowa and a B.S. from Iowa State University, reflecting his commitment to professional development and training in leadership, project management, Six Sigma, and lean methodologies.
