Kaylee Tanner, an accomplished human resources professional, is the HR Manager at Trace Genomics, overseeing all aspects of the HR function. With a robust background in strategic business partnership, project management, and process improvement cultivated during her 20+ years of experience, Kaylee brings a wealth of expertise to her position. Previously at Corteva Agriscience, she successfully led complex projects, including a payroll system overhaul for the U.S. and Canada. Armed with an MBA from Illinois State University and certifications in PHR and Lean Six Sigma, Kaylee leverages her expertise and collaborative approach to drive success at Trace Genomics.
