His industry knowledge spans Machine Learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision, Big Data, Marketing Technology, HR Tech, and Climate Tech. Tim has successfully led large go-to-market teams at Hired, Sama and most recently Regrow, managing up to 75 people including Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering and Revenue Operations. He has notable experience in enterprise selling, including securing multiple seven-figure deals, and has been an integral part of several positive acquisitions. Currently driving revenue at Trace Genomics, Tim has played a pivotal role in transforming the sales process that is mapped solely on repeatability and customer delight, which has led to significant growth, strategic partnerships, and key enterprise deals.
